#Why is a command missing from /help?

/help lists what is available here. A command that is disabled, or whose module is off, will not be in it. Check the commands page and the module's own page.

#Why does a rank not show anywhere?

There are no ranks until somebody writes the ladder. Divisions, signup gates and every card that shows a rank have nothing to work with until then. See Ranks & divisions.

#A result screenshot disappeared

Set a vault channel under Hosting. Without one the bot stores the uploader's link, and that link dies when they delete their message. With one the bot keeps its own copy and the link cannot rot. This is the only setup that can lose an image.

#Why did an image in one of my templates stop working?

It should not. Discord attachment links expire after about a day, so MDA re-signs them every time the message is sent.

If an image really is gone, the message you originally uploaded it in was deleted. At that point there is nothing left to re-sign.

#Can I change what the bot says?

All of it. Every message is a template you can rewrite, listed under Messages. If you find one you cannot edit from the dashboard, that is a bug worth reporting.

#Can I give someone the dashboard without giving them everything?

Yes. Scoped roles hand a role specific pages, read-only or editable, and tickets can be narrowed to particular types.

#Why does the bot need so many permissions?

It only needs the ones for the modules in use. Moderation needs Ban and Kick Members, tickets need Manage Channels, reaction roles need Manage Roles. A module nobody turns on never uses its permission.

If something silently does nothing, check the error log channel in General settings. That is where a missing permission shows up.

#A match looks stuck

It is not. Every step has a deadline on it and anything past its deadline is resolved on boot and on a timer, which is why there is no command to unstick one. If it looks wrong, open Hosting on the dashboard and click the match: every transition is listed with who did it and when, and staff can force one from there.

#Is the prefix always m!?

No. Change it in General settings.
