Appeals
A public page where a banned member puts their case, and a queue where staff answer it.

#The queue
Tabs for pending, accepted, rejected and closed, twelve to a page. Each submission shows who it is from, what they were punished for, the case it relates to, and their answers.
#Answering
Staff reply from the dashboard or with /reply-to-appeal. Either way it reaches the member
in their DMs and they answer with /reply. The thread is kept.
Accepting or rejecting closes the appeal and tells them.
#Blocking
Somebody filing ten a day can be blocked, permanently or for a time.
Rejection does not block anyone by default. A rejected appeal is a decision about one punishment, not a reason to take away asking again. Turn it on yourself if you want it.
