The dashboard
dashboard.murderduelscomp.com. Everything is configured here; there is no setting that only exists as a command.
Sign in with Discord, pick a server, the sidebar fills in. Changes are held until you save, and each page saves its own section.
#Who gets in

Nobody can widen their own access. Manager roles and Scoped roles stay with people who already have Manage Server.
#Scoped roles
Each page is Hidden, Read only or Can edit. Two roles that disagree resolve to the more generous one, the way Discord permissions do.
A locked page still shows in the sidebar, dimmed with a padlock.
#Narrowing tickets by type
Set Tickets to anything but Hidden and a type picker appears. Tick nothing and they see every type; tick some and only those reach them.
It applies to the ticket list, the transcript list, opening or downloading a transcript, and attachments inside one. A link to a type they cannot see returns not-found rather than a refusal.
Enforced by the server, not the browser. Typing the URL or calling the API gets the same refusal.
