Changelog
What has changed in MDA, newest first.
Written by hand, not generated from commits. Only changes worth your attention are here, not every fix.
#21 September 2026
These docs. Every module has a page, the commands list is generated from the bot so it
cannot go stale, and search is on /.
Appeals are open. A banned member gets a link, fills in the form, and it lands in a
queue your staff can answer. Replies go both ways: staff answer from Discord with
/reply-to-appeal or from the dashboard, and the member answers in the bot's DMs. The
whole thread is kept. Rejection does not block anybody from appealing again unless you
turn that on.
Clans have pictures. /clan pfp with an image sets one, and it shows on the public
site and on the profile of everybody in the clan. A clan with no picture is drawn from its
tag rather than left blank.
Two clans can no longer share a tag or a name, and nobody can be in two clans. The database enforces it, so two people doing the same thing at the same moment both get a straight answer about which rule they hit.
Clans are clickable on the public site. A clan opens to its roster and its matches. Tags with a space or a symbol in them used to say "no clan by that tag" - fixed.
Every emoji the bot sends is this server's. No more default check marks and warning triangles.
#20 September 2026
/help says which commands can be typed. Forty-seven of them already answered to the
server prefix and nothing said so.
The prefix box on the dashboard showed the wrong prefix. It now shows yours.
One game username per league. Two people can no longer link the same account.
#Before that
Hosting, clans, tournaments, ranks and divisions, the public match site, the dashboard, and the moderation, tickets, giveaways, leveling and logging brought over from Tides. See About for what came from where.
